DIARIO. MISTERI IN GALLERIA. Incontro con Giuliana Poli

Giuliana PoliLa settimana scorsa ci eravamo lasciati con l’indicazione dell’argomento del futuro libro di de Signoribus: le streghe. Giuliana Poli ci ha rivelato, presentando all’appuntamento di questa settimana il suo libro “L’Antro della Sibilla e le sue Sette Sorelle”,  che il Monte della Sibilla era una delle più importanti scuole di alchimia assieme all’area sacra di Cuma e che non a caso le nostre zone erano punto di ritrovo di catari e templari. Ciò fu possibile grazie alla protezione di Federico II di Svevia, ma anche dopo le successive persecuzioni delle autorità ecclesiastiche rimasero numerosi simboli scolpiti sulle pietre di molte delle chiese del nostro territorio.

E’ proprio a partire da questi indizi e dallo studio delle sette chiese circostanti al Monte della Sibilla che la Poli ha iniziato il percorso di studi che con questo libro e il successivo, ancora in elaborazione, la porterà a ricostruire natura e significato di questi antichi riti. L’esperienza di ricerca sul campo tra le sette chiese ci viene presentata dall’autrice come un percorso misterico nel quale si è sentita pian piano attratta e legata alla presenza della Sibilla, alle energie che circondano ed attraversano questo “monte cosmico”.

Ma le ricerche della Poli non si esauriscono nella perizia archeologica e nella partecipazione emotiva e spirituale, infatti con faticosi calcoli astronomici ha scoperto che le posizioni delle sette chiese formano la costellazione della Vergine e che quattro di esse sono rivolte verso il sorgere della costellazione stessa nel mese di marzo. Simboli come le spighe di grano, la ruota e la scala dai sette pioli ci richiamano rispettivamente il culto della Magna Mater (che affonda le sue origini nella preistoria), il cerchio della vita (non a caso il nome di Circe rimanda al cerchio) e il flusso ascendente e discendente delle energie cosmiche attraverso i sette gradi dell’esistenza cosmica (dai più materiali ai più spirituali).

Ad ogni grado presiede una delle sacerdotesse Sorelle della  Sibilla, la sacerdotessa della Dea Madre. A questo antico sapere si ricollega il mito della pietra filosofale e non è un caso che i cavalieri che visitavano il Monte Sibilla o altri santuari analoghi in giro per l’Europa ricevessero un sottilissimo anello d’oro, il metallo simbolo per eccellenza dell’alchimia. Questo affascinante viaggio nel mistero si è concluso con l’invito, soprattutto alle donne, a ricercare fra le sette chiese la propria chiesa e con la rivelazione che quello che è ritenuto essere l’Antro della Sibilla non può in realtà esserlo: essendo il simbolo del femminino della forma “V” l’Antro non può che esser ben nascosto alle pendici del Monte e non sulla sua cima.
