Paolo Marchi è partito da Identità Golose ed ha continuato a scoprire nuove “Identità”: Identità di Pasta, Identità di Pizza, Identità di Libertà…
Non è un semplice Congresso di Gastronomia -qest’anno è particolarmente dedicato ad un ritorno alla semplicità- è una celebrazione delle diversità dei sapori che ci dovrebbe far pensare, e dovrebbe far pensare i nostri governanti, prima che tutti i gusti (metaforicamente significa  “tutte le nostre eccellenti diversità”, comprendendo i dialetti, le tradizioni ed il senso della famiglia che lavora e risparmia (ora non più) vengano appiattiti, annullati.
Giuliana Poli è nata tra i monti Sibillini, è un fatina buona, una eccellente penna, a Identità Golose cercherà di scoprire per Newsfood.com -Nutrimento&nutriMENTE, le Identità dell’Anima di qualche personaggio.

Vorrei parlare delle tante persone che ho conosciuto, degli sguardi che ho amato, di mio nonno Leonardo che sapeva di erbe e di antiche leggende la cui grande eredità è  stata quella di insegnarmi a cogliere l’anima di tutto ciò che ci circonda, anche di cose apparentemente inanimate.

Come non provare un caldo calore nei confronti di mia nonna Maria e della sua accoglienza. Difficile ma immaginabile descrivere l’amore e l’allarme  per i miei due splendidi ragazzi Valentina e Lorenzo e la cura dei genitori.

Il mio genus loci sono i Monti Sibillini nelle Marche, terra dalle grandi atmosfere e magnetismo, dove la freschezza e l’aura di quelle acque e di quei monti fanno da cornice ai santuari dedicati alla Madre celeste, alla Sibilla e al suo mistero.

Sono una giornalista eclettica e curiosa, studiosa e ricercatrice di antropologia culturale, scrivo di mistero e tradizione che deriva da tradere, ovvero tramandare valori profondi, quali espressione dell’anima di una civiltà che rappresentano la nostra vera identità.

Se dovessimo limitarci a considerare l’identità un concetto strettamente letterale (dal latino identitas), ovvero la medesima cosa, il corrispondente, il conforme all’originale, sarebbe un termine banale. Siccome al contrario in natura, ogni essere è unico, originale e irripetibile, ecco che l’identità ha un altro “sapore”, anche perché nessuno può essere identico a se stesso.  

L’identità è legata all’essere, alla sapienza delle proprie origini. Se non conosciamo chi siamo, come facciamo a comprendere come, i principi e valori della propria famiglia, della lingua, della terra e dei suoi profumi, del gusto, continuano ogni giorno ad emanare o scaturire?
Se non abbiamo in mente a chi apparteniamo… come possiamo conoscere dove dobbiamo arrivare, il nostro destino e destinazione?

Ecco quindi che il concetto di identità è il prolifico bulbo delle nostre più intime attese e delle nostre più nutrite speranze. E’ il ceppo naturale del nostro essere e del nostro possibile divenire. Sul concetto dell’essere, o meglio dell’Io sono, cerco di tessere la vita, gli amori e affetti, il lavoro e i miei libri, gli studi sul femminile, il gruppo di donne che stiamo costituendo… l’apparire non basta più in questo mondo!
