Tre sono gli obiettivi di Scelta civica di Mario Monti: l’abbassamento lento ma progressivo del sistema fiscale, l’incremento della produttività e competitività, la riforma della spesa pubblica e conseguente misura a favore dell’occupazione.
Per quanto riguarda la riforma del sistema fiscale ci sarà la riduzione dell’Irpef per oltre il quindici per cento, con un risparmio di quindici milioni di euro.
Alle imprese si ridurrà l’Irap.
Una importante notizia dell’ultima ora è quella che per la categoria dell’immobiliare si estenderà fino al 2015 i tempi per le deduzioni e ristrutturazioni anche agli arredi.
Altra novitá ha continuato Monti: “Appoggiamo da subito l’ idea di rendere strutturali gli incentivi sull’edilizia, come il risparmio energetico da estendere anche alle demolizioni e rifacimenti.
Se pensiamo all’ Italia siamo primi leader mondiali in immobili, mobili, ferramenta, rubinetteria, piastrelle e ceramiche, serramenta, tecnologia del caldo e del freddo.
Questo permetterebbe di rilanciare anche l’ economia interna”… Il Presidente Achille Colombo Clerici, ha ribadito con forza come l’immobile per gli Italiani e per il nostro paese sia basilare e come non sia giusto far pagare l’Imu sulla prima casa…
